Homework for the Week:

It was great seeing most of you yesterday at the coffeehouse. I thought it was a great "learning experience". The kids did a great job writing their poems as you could see. You as parents did a great job writing too. I was "disappointed" in Mrs. Grosse's poems however. : )

We decided yesterday that since they worked so hard, we didn't give the DOL quiz or Sitton Review.  For next week we will only have the DOL Quiz on Thursday.

Next Tuesday is field day. Please have your child wear some kind of brown shirt if they have one. They can wear hats that day. You might want to send sun block in too.

I am sending home math homework TODAY. This will help us complete a math lesson next week. Please make sure your child completes it and brings it back on Monday.
